We are a SaaS business that builds smart TV apps for video creators who want to start channels on connected TV platforms like Roku, FireTV, and AppleTV, as well as iOS/Android mobile apps and websites.
We need a technical support agent who can be trained to handle two roles:
1. Tech support phone calls with clients who need higher level technical assistance than our level one agents can provide. They handle initial requests from customers who dial in or come to live chat -- you will handle the customers who need scheduled 15-30 min support sessions over the phone for deeper issues or for project-related conversations.
2. Project management of client app and website development tasks. Client's projects are managed in our Trello boards with tasks for our developers. Your role will be to track the progress of tasks in Trello to ensure they are getting delivered to customers within the correct timeframes and perform outpoint call appointments with customers who need to provide input or missing information from their end for their projects so we avoid bottlenecks that stop on-time delivery of projects.
Applicants with a US VISA are PREFERRED for this role. If you have a US Visa (such as a tourist visa), we can provide an in-person training period, then you will work remotely after that.
Must be able to work during USA CST timezone Mon-Friday 10am to 6pm CST.
