Online Business Assistant (Home-based Virsual)

We are young and fast growing UK-registered company in on-line and wholesale and retail businesses; Our product category is E-Shisha pens and accessories, and Cosmetics; Our initial target market is UK, China and worldwide. Due to the continued growth, we are looking for high caliber candidates to fill the following position. Candidates have 3 Months probation period before becoming a long term staff. We provide annual bonus.

Responsibilities:
- Follow up online business orders and emails (eBay/Amazon);
- Provide quality customer services Handling the email services such as item not received cases, item not described enquiries Handling the client complaints and as well as to solve the problems.
- Daily cooperation with China Logistics Team;
- Responsible for different social media platform such as IG, FB, other social forums etc.;
- Data Entry;
- Google Data Researching;
- Daily report to Manager via Skype is a MUST

Requirements:
THE CANDIDATE HAS TO WORK CLOSELY WITH THE MANAGER (HONG KONG) ONLINE.
- High school diploma
- Well-organized, independent, and good interpersonal skills;
- Optimistic and friendly;
- At least 2 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in trading, Retail / Wholesale industry;
- Experience in selling via eBay/Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces will definitely be preferred;
- Experience in online selling of E-Shisha pens or luxury cosmetics will be an advantage;
- Familiar with luxury brands would be an advantage;
- Excellent English writing skills;
- Able to work multi-tasks under pressure and deliver on schedule;
- Self-motivated, positive, energetic and keen on learning;
- Strong team player and communicator;
- Good numerical sense plus proficiency in usage of EXCEL tool;

Proportion of work:
1st: eBay/Amazon Order handling and Customer service support
2nd: Any emergencies such as Data entry or Google data research
3rd: Social media platform establishing

Work at Home / 8 hours day (UTC+8, 14:00-23:00) / 5 days work(Mon-Fri) / Philippines Official holidays
