Research and outlining preparation for commercial real estate blog posts

Looking for someone who can research articles online on topics related to commercial real estate that I specify and build outlines and/or create drafts that will become commercial real estate blog posts. Someone who understands how data is tracked by search engines and who has social media skills could also prove helpful. This will start as 1 - 3 posts to start but could develop into regular weekly work.
