Commercial Real Estate Ownership Data Researcher

I'm looking to hire someone who ideally has database resources and the ability to find ownership and executive contact info for business owners and owners of commercial real estate. This will be a research position that may require placing phone calls to ensure the contact info gathered is correct. This will start as part-time but could definitely develop into a full-time position based on the results.
