Duties & Responsibilities
• Direct candidate sourcing by headhunting higher quality talent
• Increase applicant volume through social media exposure
• Writing up job descriptions and submitting them for approval
• Handles candidate filtering, pre-screening and other relevant initial stages
• General admin support, research tasks and database cleansing
• Conducts an on-boarding process

Requirements
* Must have 3 years’ experience in recruiting for a US based company
* Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to interact to all levels of professionals
* Requires solid sourcing, and candidate management experience
* Skilled in writing job ads for US based companies
* Organized and has an ability to follow instruction precisely and meticulously
