JOB OVERVIEW

Online retailer of office products located in Los Angeles seeking detail oriented, ambitious and technically savvy Operations Rep to help manage various aspects of day to day operations in our eCommerce business.

Duties:
* Sales and Customer service via phone and Zendesk
* Processing orders for fulfillment using QuickBooks, our Knowledge Base and Magento.
* Getting quotes and setting up LTL shipments and logistics related work.
* Tracking and completing orders in Magento by communicating with suppliers, data entry with tracking numbers via phone, email, automated emails, vendor websites, reports, etc.
* Other related operations duties based on candidates strengths.

Requirements:
* This is a full time position and must be online for work during PST Los Angeles time Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
* At least 2+ years experience working in an eCommerce environment.
* Extremely detail oriented, fast learner and computer savvy.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Experience with QuickBooks, Zendesk, Magento, Amazon Seller Central preferred but not required.
