Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our customer support team as a Customer Support ---------- this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints through various channels including phone, email, and chat. You will be required to have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle transactions with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. This position requires a high level of accuracy and perfection as you will be responsible for handling sensitive customer information.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints through various channels including Google Voice and Facebook messenger within a timely manner (15 minutes)
Execute transactions accurately and with attention to detail
Maintain a high level of accuracy and perfection in handling customer information
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Update customer information and record interactions in customer relationship management system
Escalate issues to management as needed

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle transactions accurately and with attention to detail
Strong customer service skills
Experience in a customer-facing role preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English required
