We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager for our eCommerce
Key responsibilities:
· Set up and operate a CRO Programme to reduce customer friction and drive performance at key points all the way down the funnel.
· Publish a CRO Schedule, maintaining a rolling plan for improvement
· Reporting of progress, capturing evidence of incremental wins as they are deployed
· Identify features and partnerships likely to positively impact performance, working with colleagues to build a business case for new opportunities
· Build and test landing pages for products/collections
· Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure the website is ready to support any planned activity
· Manage daily health check routines to ensure website is trading fit, and urgently attend to bugs or issues impacting the customer
· With the Head of Ecommerce and Marketing, agree targets for mini-conversions, overall conversion rate, site speed and any other KPIs which are relevant
· Provide timely and accurate reporting on KPIs
The Ideal Candidate:
· 2 years’ experience of Conversion Rate Optimisation
· Extensive experience with Shopify
· Expert level at Google Analytics (or similar analytics package)
· Excellent communication skills
· Analytical and creative thinker with an ability to identify trends, create hypotheses and testing plans
· A commercial attitude with experience of managing large-scale budgets and working to strict KPIs
· Can build landing pages
Compensation:
· 20 hours per week at $1000USD /month + generous performance bonus
· Potential to go full time after 1 month
