Property Manager

Property Manager shall be responsible for using the property management software (currently RentRedi, will be Appfolio soon). They will interact with tenants, maintenance, and myself in regard to data entry, collecting rents, sending reminders, coordinating maintenance, via email, text, and phone. This position will likely start out part time for the first two months and then graduate into full time. Applicants must be able to speak fluent English and have property management experience. Pay will be based on hours worked weekly. Applicant must have excellent internet service.
