Business Development Manager

This is for a Sales Position selling a US HR Performance Management Platform Account

Responsibilities
Be an amazing Sales Leader!
Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
Set Appointments/Meetings for Account Executives and make sure prospects show up
Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports

Qualifications
1-3 Years of Outbound Sales Experience (B2B)
Assertive, fearless attitude and a hunter mentality
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Tech Savvy
Must have a conducive WHF environment, a Noise Cancelling Headset, a laptop or computer at least i5 or higher, 8GB RAM or higher and at least 30MBPS internet bandwidth with Back Up
