Qualifications: A bachelor's degree and at least two- five years of relevant work experience or preferably in sales and recruiting. Must be a highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional organization skills, ability to be flexible and detail oriented, excellent interpersonal skills and positive energy.
Plan and handle our recruiting efforts for the entire company.
Work with HR and management to plan jobs needs
Design and implement advertising and recruitment channels.
Screen recruit and interview potential employees.
Oversee the posts for job/internship postings on all company websites
Memorize compliant language for phoning, screening, interviewing and sharing the career advisor opportunity to candidates
Provide support to all leadership tea

Review resumes and schedule initial interviews
Conduct recruiting functions include but not limited to: screening candidates, conducting initial interviews in person or virtually, reviewing selection tools, and guiding candidates through the selection process
Effectively communicate with candidates throughout the entire life cycle of the selection process
