Bilingual (Spanish/English) Virtual Assistant/Customer Support

We are looking for the best candidates who have extensive customer service experience. They must be available to work during Graveyard shift or US business hours, Monday to Friday (40 hours a week).

Requirements:
1. Must be comfortable working Graveyard shifts!
2. Very fluent in written and verbal English
3. Can also communicate in Spanish since the client has 60% Latin customers
4. Not currently employed with other companies
5. Fast learner and savvy with computers software
6. Is continuously learning and improving
7. Has strong organizational and communication skills
8. Willing to work long hours or do overtime

The work will include:
1. Completing our training program
2. Engaging customer through different platforms: chat, email and phone (inbound/outbound)
3. Conversing in English and Spanish with customers
4. Order Entry, Customer Service, Inventory

Work schedule: 8am - 9pm Pacific Time (graveyard shift Manila time)
