JOB OVERVIEW

We are a UK based short term residential letting company hoping to recruit a new tea ---------- mber.
We are looking for someone who can carry out a varied, range of administration tasks where attention to detail and accurate record keeping is key to all areas of the business.

This person also needs to be fluent in English so they can effectively complete guest support-related tasks through email, phone and chat; managing bookings and reservations whilst also working alongside other members of our team.

KEY ROLE INCLUDES:
- Checking guests in/out of accommodation for short term stays (chasing/processing booking requirements prior to check-in, sending check out reminders mostly via email)
- Managing cleaning and maintenance Google calendars for the cleaning and maintenance teams (Arranging cleaning/maintenance schedule, liaising with guests, managing cleaners, and maintenance team to facilitate access and provide online support )
- Monitoring all guest messages and enquiries via email, channel manager (Tokeet), Airbnb, ---------- , HomeAway/VRBO, etc (experience of these online travel agencies is an advantage)
- Answer all inbound calls and make outbound calls when required (only 10-20 calls per day)
- Check & monitoring the online profile of all properties/listings (rates/pricing, reviews, calendar)
- Use TOKEET channel manager to communicate with guests and manage properties listed (training provided)

KEY ATTRIBUTES
1. Able to carry out a range of administration tasks in support of guests, cleaning, and maintenance teams
2. Excellent data entry and organisation skills (maintain detailed record keeping on Google Workspace using and filing google documents)
3. Experience as a Guest Support VA (guest support/customer service via email/phone)
4. Advanced computer sills, proficient in Google Workspace, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
5. Must have a reliable computer/laptop (with extended monitor), internet and back-up data connection
6. Experience using Airbnb, ---------- , HomeAway/VRBO channel managers an advantage
7. Work as part of a small team within the business with regular zoo ---------- etings

WORK HOURS:
Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday – Thursday between 8 am - 2 pm (UK time)
