Hiring: Project Coordinator with SEO experience

We're a US-based digital marketing agency looking to hire a Project coordinator with strong SEO experience.

- As a Project Coordinator, you'll be in charged with working with a whole team of creatives, developers, specialists and other managers to execute projects across various digital channels. Projects may include email campaigns, creatives requests, website maintenance and optimization projects.

- You will be taking ownership of projects assigned to you and execute tasks as needed in order to get deliverables done on time.

- You will also be working closely with our SEO specialist to manage execution of optimization campaigns for our clients.

- You will be asked to provide admin & other marketing support when needed.


We are a small but fun marketing company with employees based in the US, India and the Philippines. We are looking for someone who has the following:

- Ability to handle different projects with various deadlines & priority levels

- A solid understanding of SEO practices; prior experience is preferred.

- Excellent time management skills

- Keen attention to details and organization

- Very good communication skills, both written and verbal

- Comfortable working with numbers, websites, reporting tools and online systems

- Familiarity with digital platforms and willingness to learn new ones

- Ability to work remotely
