Full time Shopify developer

We are Looking for a Shopify Web Developer to join our highly dedicated team of eCommerce professionals. Working closely with our IT and Marketing Team, you will have the skill sets to translate static designs or interactive Figma prototypes into code, using Shopify development tools like Shopify CLI and languages like Liquid, HTML/CSS, JavaScript. You will follow and contribute to our teams’ workflow, project management, and web development best practices.

The successful applicant must:

*Assisting the marketing team in creating campaigns and discounts via Shopify Scripts, Theme Settings, and Sections and via other tools/platforms

*Oversee SEO efforts and help the marketing team with technical SEO decisions

*Hunt for bugs and test across major browsers and mobile devices

*Be involved in Shopify’s updates – always on the pulse with what is new!

*The technology:

-Headless architecture using React and Next.js

-Shopify Plus

-UX Design team collaboration (not a designer but a keen eye for aesthetics is critical)

The ideal candidate will have:

*3+ years’ experience in front end web development (Liquid, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5/CSS3+) – Ruby, React and/or Node JS experience is a bonus!

*Minimum 1 year experience with Shopify Plus

*Strong semantic HTML skills and technical SEO knowledge

*Great CSS and CSS Pre-processors (SASS) skills

*Strong Javascript knowledge, without relying on jQuery

*Strong knowledge of Shopify Apps: Shopify Scripts (Ruby) and Shopify Flow

*Experience with Shopify integrations: Dotdigital, Harmony, Alogolia,Customer Service/CRM, Fulfilment Apps

*Excellent verbal and written skills

*A strong team focused approach
