Hiring: Digital Marketing Project Coordinator

We're a US-based digital marketing agency looking for new Project Coordinators to join our expanding team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Staying on top of digital marketing projects by coordinating with the team, freelancers and clients to execute marketing campaigns across digital channels. Projects include but aren't limited to: email campaigns, social media assets, ads, creatives requests, website maintenance and data migration

• Taking ownership of full project lifecycle from initiation to completion

• Handling client product/service launches

• Working with creatives to develop various marketing materials; working with web developers to implement website changes/ builds, working with SEO specialists for website optimization, etc

• Managing email marketing campaigns, social media/content calendars, CRMs and other systems used by client/s

• As needed: Generating reports, providing administrative & marketing support


What we expect you to have:

• Ability to handle different projects with various deadlines & priority levels

• Excellent time management skills

• Keen attention to details and organization

• Very good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Comfortable working with numbers, websites, reporting tools and online systems

• Familiarity with digital platforms

• Ability to work with a team

• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

• Experience with the following are a plus, but NOT required. We can train you.
- Project Management
- Web Analytics
- CMS
- SEO experience
