Junior Marketeer for an educational company based in Germany

What you will do operationally:
- Create product listings for Amazon and Shopify, including copywriting & editing, setting up A+ content, image editing and - keyword research & implementation
- Set up and maintain PPC (pay per click) campaigns for Amazon PPC
- Set up and maintain our email marketing using drip
- Make sure we issue advertising in relevant print media

What you will do strategically:
- Do market research for our different brands (on the website you only find metaFox) to identify clearly our target audiences
- Create marketing strategies for our brands using different marketing tools and channels
- Identify new ways of marketing to our target audiences, experiment, fail, learn and eventually succeed
- Set up data analytics to make our efforts more data-driven
- Competitor analysis of brands and products to shape our product development with new insights

- Great English communication skills in writing and speaking
- Comfortable in an online work environment, e.g., using online tools such as Slack, Asana, Zoom, etc.
- Good attention to details

Happily welcome but not a requirement:
- Experience and education in writing (e.g. study of literature or professional copywriter)
- Analytical numbers approach (e.g. study of engineering/business or professional PPC experience)
- Knowledge of e-commerce and related marketing areas (PPC & performance marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, …)
- Basic design skills to handle Canva

What a background could look like:
- Experience and education in writing (e.g. study of literature or professional copywriter)

- Reliable compensation that goes directly to your account. There is a 3-month probation period with a monthly compensation of Php30,000. Afterwards, you have the option to join us full-time with a regular salary and benefits including paid holidays, 13th-month pay, sick leaves, etc.
- Work when you want. We understand that some of us are early birds while others prefer the late afternoons or evenings. Your work schedule is up to you! Trust is a core value within the team and so is responsibility and accountability. As this is a full-time position, we expect a 40-hour work week. The metaFox team currently has members working in Germany and in the Philippines. A good way to escape the graveyard shift!
- In-house training on the platforms and web apps we use like Slack, Asana, etc.
- We support personal and organizational development by providing training on relevant self-development topics (e.g., mindfulness, communication, emotional intelligence, etc.).
- We are looking for someone we can work with full-time after the probation period.
