Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote

We are looking for a skilled and creative social media specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things social media, a strong understanding of current trends and platforms, and a track record of successful campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies for clients in various industries
- Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including
- Monitor and track the performance of social media campaigns, using tools such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing graphics and videos for social media
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Plan, manage, and launch Influencer Marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Video Editing for Reels and TikTok
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency with social media management tools such as Meta Business Manager, Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Proficiency with graphic design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Video Now, Adobe, or others
Not a Requirement but nice to have:

- videos that you have edited with strong engagement
**What you will experience**

**This is a full-time role**
- 40+ hours a week required
- 90-day probation period - with a salary increase after 90 days
- Opportunities for growth - performance review every 6 months with a salary increase
