Who are we?

We are an up-and-coming boutique firm that provides tailor-made Executive Assistant services to a limited US clientele. We work directly with the presidents and CEOs of US startup companies.

What do we need?

We are looking for someone who has significant industry experience, technical skills and excellent English communication skills. Your personality is a big factor for us. You must have an impeccable work ethic, take initiative, and have the capability to learn fast. Finally, you are a team player and have a collaborative spirit.

Right now, our roles are for part-time positions, but there is a great opportunity to transition to a full-time role depending on your performance and the business requirements.

The following position is open:

Amazon Virtual Assistant
-Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
-Navigating Seller Central and most of its tools
-Running Sales, Fulfillment, and Advertising reports
-Creating listings (including those with variations)
-Understanding fulfillment reports section (tracking shipments)
-Finding lost FBA products and open case resolutions
-Updating Inventory
-Customer Service (such as responding to reviews or customer feedback, and providing answers to questions)
-Conduct keyword research or product research


You must have the following:
At least 2 years experience working on Amazon
Knowledge of Amazon platform and best practices
Ability to adapt to the client’s needs. Knows how to research and teach themselves new tasks using Amazon's help section
Display a high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
