We need a Full Time Operations Manager to join our team to help all of its products operate efficiently through people and processes. The purpose of this position is to manage all the day to day inside of the business and to ensure the business is performing optimally.
What You'll Do...
===Key Responsibilities===
The Top Outcomes That Will Produce The Most Value:
- Overseeing & Managing the all the day to day operations & team.
- Creating and improving SOP's, ensuring the business runs on up-to-date and efficient SOPs.
- Tracking business metrics and helping Bree manage finance.
- Creating and Managing all Dashboards for the CEO.
- Managing Team Sprints + Team Communication - reporting back to the CEO if any problems or issues arise.
- Team Efficiency & Project Management - how quickly do we turn around our outcomes? Do we have enough capacity? Etc?
- All company SOPs are trackable and efficient, stored in a Knowledge base that trains our staff.
- Business Metrics & Finance Reports.
- Booking monthly 1-on-1 meetings with the team

• Expected hours between 7.00 am and 3.30 pm Philippine Time
• Your monthly salary will be in AUD (competitive salary package for the right candidate)
• Your salary will be paid bi-weekly and sent directly to your bank account
• PH Legal holidays will be observed
