Challenging customer service / admin position

You'll work in a small team of 2 in an admin / customer service ---------- is very all-round position where you'll do a great variety of tasks.

We're looking for:
>2 years experience in an international customer service position
Tech savvy, you'll work with a variety of software system and it's of great importance that you'll understand our system quickly
A quick learner that takes initiative and responsibility
Someone with common sense
Affinity with the target audience
Excellent command of the English language, you will deal with a variety of people with a great diversity of English levels. You'll need to be able to understand someone's level of English and change your communication style accordingly.

You'll need to have a quiet room to work, 1 big screen (24 inch+) or 2 separate screens and a fast fiber internet connection.
You'll need to be able to multi-task, work under pressure while maintaining a good discipline in completing tasks.
