Virtual Medical receptionist Inbound Calls Telehealth Australia

We are looking to add to our team of Medical Receptionists taking calls from patients wanting booking with doctors or enquire about our services. We are a Telehealth service operating across Australia.

The role requires you to respond quickly to inbound patient calls and send Zendesk tickets to the booking agents. High level of data entry accuracy; helpful and caring manner on the phone is very important. You may need to update patients on consultation timings,

Excellent English communication skills required. 40 hours week. (5 x 8hr shifts), on a rotating 24/7 roster. Must have good reliable internet and power connection, work in a quiet home environment, must have, High quality noise canceling headset and microphone, proficient in the Google suite. Understanding of healthcare preferred. Our team have been with us for many years and would be happy to provide a reference.
