Website Moderator

Hello.
We are looking for moderators for our dating website. First you will need to pass a trial period (24 hours). Once the trial period is passed, you will be paid 9-13$ hour to startup, then increase if it goes well. You must be interested in the dating world.
At first we will be looking for a few hard working moderators who don't mind spending a lot of time to help the site get off the ground, the site is being setup right now so you will be involved at ground level of the site.We want moderators who know about web hosting and who are online a lot, and take their job seriously.

Responsibilities:
-Works with Editorial and Marketing teams to support site initiatives and develop new ideas.
-Researches, writes and distributes press releases to targeted media.
-Builds relationship and network with colleagues, clients and the media.
