Driver's Assist

The Company:

New Zealand Logistics Company based in Auckland that started in 2015.

The Company is extremely focused on operational excellence and outstanding Company Culture.


Responsibilities:

1. Drivers support
- Supporting drivers with their requests
Resolve any issues which may occur
- Reminding drivers their booking times, site openings or specific request of the customers

2. Customer support
- Respond to customer’s queries
- Follow up with the drivers ETAs
- Make bookings for drivers, follow up for paperwork needed.

3. Removing Bottlenecks
- Standard Operating Procedures, Building Systems, Etc
- Resolving issues at the root cause

- Opportunity to earn Christmas bonus & work overtime for more pay
- Full-time (6am - 5pm New Zealand Time)
- Start ASAP
