Admin & Marketing Assistant

Overview:

We are looking for a marketing assistant to help us set up and optimize our businesses for 2023. The ideal candidate will be an expert in WordPress and have a strong understanding of Shopify and basic website design. You will also be familiar with AI tools like CHAT GPT and be able to easily take instructions from videos and implement them step by step. As a quick learner, you will be able to juggle multiple tasks and report directly to the business owner.

Responsibilities:

Set up and optimize WordPress and Shopify websites for our businesses
Use Zapier to set up automations
Assist with AI tools such as CHAT GPT
Take instructions from videos and implement them step by step
Juggle multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively
Report directly to the business owner

Qualifications:

Expert knowledge of WordPress and strong understanding of Shopify and basic website design
Familiarity with AI tools like CHAT GPT
Ability to take instructions from videos and implement them step by step
Quick learner with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills
Bonus: located in the same time zone as the business owner
