Database Builder

We require someone with strong IT skills to transfer a significant amount of contacts from several excel, word, and other formats into one database - by name, company, email, website, contact info etc. where it can easily be linked to outlook to email mass contacts.

The successful candidate will be able to recommend to us an adequate database to do this. Our business is as an educational facility which trains lawyers.

The person also has to be skilled in research as contacts information also need to be verified as being correct in order to populate the database. Research is done online or checking websites to verify information.
