Responsibilities & Duties:

1) Projects

Architectural Design - Design Development
-Build full construction drawings based on company standards and templates
-Assist with architectural project issues during design management phase
-Develop material computations and cost evaluations
-Deliver building permit drawings (as necessary)
-Develop exterior concept design (as necessary)
-Assist design team with non architectural tasks (as necessary)

Project Communication
-Coordinate with purchasing department for project requirements
-Coordinate with design team (designers, architects & 3D visualizer) for project requirements
-Create email draft responses to assigned projects
-Conduct research or vendor sourcing

2) Operations

Internal
-Daily Working Hours:
-Must be Online: Tuesday - Saturday 3pm - 6pm PST / PDT
-Flexible Hours: Monday - Friday (remaining 5 hours)
-Participate in weekly meetings, scheduled calls and team events / activities (Dream TeaUpgrade to see actual infoeting & Internal)
-Attend to all project management requirements
-Attend to meeting documentation (Dream TeaUpgrade to see actual infoeting Notes)
-Assist in Internal Projects (as assigned by management team)
-Fill out Harvest Timesheets at a daily basis

Training
-Assist in develop internal programs and standards (as assigned by management team)
-Undergo training for skill development (subject to management approval)

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years experience in commercial Architecture.
