Virtual Assistant Needed For Professional Dancer (Salsa/Bachata)

Experience is great, but NOT required. Full-time position. $520-$800 USD / month.

My name is Danny Kalman and I'm a professional dancer (salsa & bachata) based in Los Angeles, California. I run the largest salsa & bachata dance academy in Los Angeles and am working on expanding to other cities this year.

The team is starting to grow and I'm now in need of a virtual assistant for personal items. While the primary focus will be personal tasks, there will inevitably be tasks related to the dance academy as well.

Long-term working relationship desired! If you're the right fit, we will have a very positive and long-term relationship and you will be taken care of.

I've been working with VA's for 8 years now, so I have systems in place to help everything go smoothly. A positive and fun work environment is important to me as ---------- clude this phrase in the first line of your proposal so that I know you've read the posting: "Purple cars are interesting."

SCHEDULE:
• For the most part, you can work any schedule that you'd like.
• Very helpful if you can work one day during the weekend
• Occasionally there may be time sensitive items and I'll need you to work specific hours - this is rare though

• Excellent written English (show this in your application!)
• Tremendous attention to detail - gets things right the first time
• PRO-ACTIVE. At first all the tasks will flow fro ---------- to you. After some time though, if you can start making recommendations on what to do, that will be VERY helpful.
