Contract/ RFP Recruiter
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Remote full-time Contract/ RFP Recruiter experience to lead multiple highly competitive RFP responses.
Must have experience doing bids for Healthcare Staffing Firms in the US
The Contract/ RFP Recruiter will lead the proposal management function and the ideal candidate would thrive in a growth-oriented and highly collaborative
Need full time commitment, RSMC must be their only employer and willing to work PST - California Time Zone or Night Shift in the Philippines - 11PM onwards for 8 hours ( Monday - Friday, 40hours a week)
Strong internet connections, back up computer or laptop and wi-fi in case of power interruptions


Responsibilities include:
Defining and managing the proposal process and analyzing solicitation documents to derive proposal structures, schedules, and requirements.
Preparing proposals and presentations and writing proposal material.
Leading the effort on multiple simultaneous proposal responses and coordinating multiple teams to produce proposals against tight deadlines.
Facilitating and leading strategy and proposal review meetings to develop win themes, drive progress, and ensure adherence to the proposal schedule.
Managing end-to-end proposal strategy, pricing discussions, and content development.
Coordinating, writing, and editing proposal content.
Reviewing all proposals to ensure a flawless product ready for client review, in accordance with RSMC’s Operations guidelines.
Creating and maintaining compelling, industry-aligned templates for RFP responses and custom proposals.
Maintaining standard project descriptions for both internal price lists and external education.
Liaising with RSMC’s subject matter experts to maintain the technical accuracy of proposal templates, project descriptions, and boilerplate content.
Assembling and creating marketing Upgrade to see actual info and maintaining marketing data, materials, and client lists.
Managing social media outreach (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), email marketing, and company website.
Joining marketing networks and attending networking events as desired.
Conducting additional marketing, outreach, and business development tasks as required.
Other duties as assigned


Requirements:
3+ years of experience working for a staffing or recruitment firm
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
