Fast-paced recruiting firm based in the United States is seeking a motivated to
join our team as a Remote Full-Time Healthcare Recruiter with experience recruiting dentists and other healthcare. Need full time commitment, RSMC must be their only employer and willing to work PST - California Time Zone or Night Shift in the Philippines - 11PM onwards for 8 hours ( Monday - Friday, 40hours a week)

You are...
? Extremely organized
? Reliable and punctual
? Fluent in English (written and verbal)
? A great writer
? Familiar with recruiting and sourcing candidates
? Knowledgeable in Bullhorn ATS (a recruitment candidate database)
? Well-versed in Boolean search
? Must be currently working in the PST(California Time)
? Need full time commitment, RSMC must be their only employer.
? Available 40/hours a week / full-time
? Strong internet connections, back up computer or laptop and wi-fi in case of power interruptions


What will you be doing?
? Must be comfortable on the phone and speak good English
? Must have experienced recruiting American Doctors, Physician Assistant or Dentist for the US
? Must meet the weekly KPI
? Using job sites to search for candidates and scrape resumes for contact information
? Building spreadsheets in Google sheets and or Excel
? Create targeted lists of candidates based off of provided criteria
? Sourcing qualified candidates based on resume
? Scheduling interviews with candidates via email
? Responding promptly to emails
? Utilizing Slack for communication with team
? Scouring Indeed, Monster, and Zip recruiter
? Sending messages to qualified candidates on Job boards
? Parsing resumes into Bullhorn based on our criteria
? Providing manager with qualified resumes to call
? Updating ATS and cleaning old data out
? Typing up new job descriptions
? Posting job descriptions on provided platforms
