As a content specialist, you will be working on....

WRITING CONTENT!!!

(I know, I know.... you're shocked)

You will create content for a variety of digital platforms. Websites, articles, ads and more.

This is a long-term position with opportunity for advancement. We're looking for a self-starter. Someone full of great ideas, but ready to show initiative and do good work.

You are not going to be bored, that's for sure! We need a writer who enjoys working for a variety of different clients and industries. Do not apply if you prefer to write for one client or about the same topics. We have a wide variety of clients that you will be working on: healthcare, boating and the outdoors, automated welding robots, and much more.

The right candidate has a curious mind, and a hunger to learn and develop your skills. That is crucial to long-term success in this position.

Valeo is a small agency, so everyone on our team has a variety of responsibilities. Our team are all senior-level, who can do a little bit of everything. So, if you want to do more than JUST copywriting, then this is the job for you. We'd like to teach you more about SEO, or research, or something else.

Even if you're an experienced writer, we're going to support your professional growth with tools and training. You'll have access to A.I. writing tools like Jarvis and Neuron Writer. Our goal is for you to learn new skills and develop as you work with us.

TO DO THIS JOB, YOU'LL NEED
- Creativity!
- Experience writing different types of content: blog posts vs. ad copy vs. email campaigns
- A basic understanding of SEO
- The ability to research and quickly learn about new topics
- To take feedback and criticism, always looking to improve

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Writing articles and blog posts
- Assisting with writing new ad copy for Google Ads and display ads
- Manage your tasks and updates To-do items in Basecamp
- Send a daily email report

SALARY AND PAY
- The salary range for this position is $500-$1250 per month for full-time work.
- Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience and the quality of the writing samples provided.
- We offer the 13th month bonus to employees who have worked with us for 6 months or more.
- This position is eligible for bonuses based on performance.
- Salary increases are given annually, based on merit.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:
We are looking for a great, long-term employee. That means, we want you to be successful!
- An additional 2% will be included to cover the foreign transaction fees.
- After the 6-month probation period, we will cover 50% of contributions for SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG Fund.
- A stipend for faster internet access is negotiable.

WORK SCHEDULE AND HOLIDAYS
- This is a full-time position.
- Mondays through Fridays.
- You choose your hours. Your schedule is flexible, as long as your work is being done well and on-time.
- We honor regular Filipino holidays, see next section on Paid Time Off.

PAID TIME OFF
Valeo does not track Holiday, Sick-time and Vacation. We use a Personal Time Off (PTO) policy for all paid days off. You do not accrue days off. You get them at the beginning of each calendar year. Also note that you will receive the Year 1 allotment on your start date, not after the 6-month training period.
- Year 1: [11] eleven days

- Years 4-5: [21] twenty-one days
- Year 6+ [26] twenty-six days

Because your time is valuable and the assessment will take some time, I'll pay you $25 USD via PayPal upon completion.
