JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Developer, your job will be working with our Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and Lead Developer on high level projects, with responsibilities encompassing both front end and back end development (Full Stack). We’re constantly building tools for internal use that greatly reduce the amount of time and effort needed to deliver services to our clients, while simultaneously giving comprehensive front end interfaces for our clients to ---------- nior Developers are also expected to assist the Lead Developer in mentoring other tea ---------- mbers (junior developers).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Reports directly to the CTO, Lead Developer, Project Manager
* Full Stack Development

FULL STACK DEVELOPMENT
* Completing task based work assigned by Lead Developer and/or CTO
* Completing task based client work assigned by project managers
* Researching tools and libraries to assist in completing project scope

TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES
* Mentoring and guiding junior developers to assist in team development

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* EXPERT LEVEL SKILL IN FRONT END DEVELOPMENT MANDATORY - Our Senior Dev applicants must demonstrate mastery of the basics of front end development with particular emphasis on speed and quality
* 3+ years experience in Full Stack Development
* 2+ years experience with CodeIgniter
* 2+ years experience with BootStrap
* Exceptional attention to detail with great attention to accuracy
* Strong organizational and time management skills / methodology, and ability to prioritize
* Comfortable working digitally for all tasks
* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of larger interdisciplinary teams
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* 80+ words per minute typing speed
* Highly experienced with GSuite (Calendar, Email, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
* Experience with ClickUp and/or Similar Project Management Platforms
* Experience with Slack or Similar Team Communication Platforms

COMPENSATION
Compensation ranges from $1,000-$1,500/month, depending on experience and certifications/qualifications.

SCHEDULE
* 8 hour shift, Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00am to 4:00pm Manila Time.
* Minimal overtime during weekdays and weekends will be expected as part of salary
