Job Competencies/Requirements
• Previous experience as an operations supervisor or similar role for 5 years
• Communicate actively to gain understanding of the tasks at hand
• Hands-on experience implementing operational processes
• Could execute multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong communication and high attention to details
• Team leadership
• PC specs at least i5 and 4GB RAM
• Has noise-canceling headset
• A degree in operations management or business administration IS A PLUS
