User Acceptance Testing and Handover - CRM Membership Platform

We are an Australian-based company with an established team and no graveyard shifts, paid annual leave, sick leave, and career path. This is a long term full time position.

We’re looking for a Client Delivery and User Acceptance Testing person to help our clients implement a custom built CRM. You will be working directly with the client on one side to complete UAT and with the architecture and development team on the other to finalise the product delivery. Client is out of time for acceptance testing and needs experienced hands-on assistance to accept our custom work.

Key Responsibilities include:
Plan and implement user acceptance testing
Check application meets the documented requirements and task descriptions
Ensure the product is user-friendly
Update user guides and handover notes
Produce short videos of the tests suitable for the client to use as internal guides to application usage
Responsible for defect tracking and checking correct resolution
Writes and maintains detailed test cases/scripts that are aligned with user and business needs

Please list similar experiences you have in a similar role. Preference will be given to people familiar with working on rollout of applications particularly CRM or working with developers in a client delivery role.
