CHARMING ASSERTIVE PUZZLE MASTER NEEDED

YOU WANT ONE JOB ONLY--YOU DON'T WANT CONTRACT JOBS. You want longer term relationships with coworkers, to be a part of something w/ long term growth. WE WANT TO BE YOUR MAIN OR ONLY EMPLOYER. This job takes too much long term training--you'll need to get to know all our 85 caregivers with facetiming and pictures and phone calls. We need you committed to the full 40 hrs with DIRECT ATTENTION so if this is a side job you are looking for, WE are not a fit.

People who love puzzles make good elderly personal care schedulers. People with medical appt scheduling are NOT encouraged to apply as this field of work is nothing like that. This is like runing 85 cars on 30 lane superhighway without allowing any of them to crash. You've got new cars entering that highway all the time too. You have to love timed games where you compete against yourself.

The right person hired will have another experienced remote Tagalog person training her along with our United States based MASTER SCHEDULER at the office here, The goal is to take on your own office and grow proficient to being able to handle 2000 hours a week on your own. Your two women mentioned above would always be here to assist for any reason and help solve as a team. We have 3 offices total. People who are naturals at this like scheduling because they get a little endorphin rush from seeing the filled shifts change color accordingly.

There are 500+ shifts to fill weekly--in can intimidate the hell out of someone if they aren't warned about it. Some are repetative with the same caregiver over and over. The software will show you who has been to the home before. Our goal is to limit the people going in and out of the home to a very small team like 3-4.

We also get 2-4 caregiver call outs a day we need to fill even FASTER within the hour usually in a team fashion.

You will start each day by watching the LIVE schedule and staying aware of it. This would probably feel bewildering on the first week but get more comfortable over time. Then you are working to open shifts shifts (color coded)..
You are filling shifts by eachingout to caregivers via email blasts, then individually by phone and waiting to hear back from them as you work the other open shifts too. Waiting for them to get back can be tedius but if you are the right person for the role, it should feel like a master puzzle to beat the clock (the shift start time).

Your job is to get every shift staffed before the time it starts- AND after an initial period of support, you'd also be responsible for calling the client or client family to update them about the caregiver who is coming.

You should get a rush from filling the pink shifts with names as you staff it (if you are the right candidate).

That means you have to be PURSUASIVE sometimes, CHARMING sometimes, and when it comes to filling a shift same day, you are BOSSY and ASSERTIVE. You know when to ASK VS TELL a person something. Your English is easy to understand.)
