Customer Service Rep (Plumbing experience preferred)

We need a reliable, friendly, professional customer service professional to help manage our customer inquiries, questions, problems and to help prevent returns.

We are a company ---------- that created a water filter for the bathroom faucet. A big issue we have is many customers have difficulty installing the faucet. We are looking for an individual who can be on live chat, or video call to help them with installation, or figure out the issue to send them other sink attachments to try.

PLUMBING knowledge and experience is very preferred and you must speak PERFECT English.
