Pacific Mind Health is an outpatient mental health organization that offers comprehensive mental health care. Our state-of-the-art office is located in Long Beach,CA USA. We serve patient needs all throughout California via our telemedicine services. Expert verbal and written English skills with minimal accent are required for this position, please do not apply otherwise.
We are currently looking for an experienced medical executive assistant/project manager. One who will be responsible for all aspects of the clerical and administrative tasks. The ability to interface with patients, physicians, and outside vendors, and is responsible for answering all incoming calls in a timely, appropriately, and efficient manner. The ability to articulate our services and schedule appointments for all incoming phone calls and enrollment inquiries. Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with patients in a positive environment is a must. Previous United States medical secretary training and experience are required with a basic knowledge of healthcare and mental health services. You should have experience with HR and project management as well.

Possess strong computer skills (standard business, office, and medical applications including but not limited to Kareo, Google, Dropbox, Excel, and Word) as well as excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of HIPPA and Patient Privacy rights, at all times.
A friendly and positive attitude is a must.
The ability to handle multiple phone calls at the same time, using our Google Voice phones.
HR Experience
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering phones and directing calls appropriately, monitor the Google voice queue to ensure calls are answered timely and appropriately.
Scheduling and reschedule patients for multiple mental health providers.
Performs computer data entry in registration, scheduling, and other programs as assigned.
Taking appropriate messages and relaying them in a timely manner.
