This manager MUST HAVE:
previous experience running Instagram ads with efficient ROAS
Familiarity with E Commerce, Shopify, Instagram Facebook Integration
Proof or screenshot of previous work with efficient sales results from ad spend.

Our company is a graphic design anime inspired product that sells on Amazon Walmart and SHopify Etsy

BONUS if you have familarity with Printify or email marketing

Starts at 20 hours a week during 2 week probation period. Afterwards will be 40 hours a week.
