Policyowner Service Representative

This position is customer facing and very vital to the success of the entire agency. The candidate in this position should have customer service experience. We are looking for strong English articulation and pronunciation skills to effectively communicate with a very diverse group of our existing clients regarding their life and health insurance policies. The right candidate will engage with customers, staff and brokers that work for the Agency daily via phone, email, and text (through our virtual phone system).
