Highly Experienced YouTube Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated YouTube Manager to start and grow a YouTube channel from scratch. The YouTube Manager will be responsible for creating and uploading high-quality videos, including YouTube Shorts and TikTok videos, managing channel monetization, building and maintaining a community of subscribers, developing partnerships, and hiring and managing a team.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing a YouTube channel or creating and editing videos. They should have a strong understanding of the YouTube and TikTok platforms and their algorithms, as well as proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Excellent communication and leadership skills are a must, as well as comfort with social media and the ability to develop and implement a social media strategy.

This position can be either full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate's availability and preference.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a content strategy for our YouTube channel, including creating YouTube Shorts and TikTok videos
Create and edit high-quality videos using video editing software
Upload and optimize videos for maximum visibility and engagement on both YouTube and TikTok
Manage channel monetization and partnerships
Build and maintain a community of subscribers through engagement and interaction
Analyze performance data and use it to inform decisions about content and strategy
Stay up-to-date with YouTube and TikTok best practices and trends
Hire and manage a team of creators and editors
Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience managing a YouTube channel or creating and editing videos
Proficiency with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong understanding of the YouTube and TikTok platforms and their algorithms
Comfortable with social media and able to develop and implement a social media strategy
