About The Role:
This position will be on the front-lines of connecting & solving problems customer service support through
Responsibilities:
- Solving problems as a customer service representative via Live Chat Support &
- Training & managing new customer service representatives
- Setting up & navigating through the "tawk.to" interface
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience of working in customer service / support
- Experience using "Tawk.to" for live chat support & the ability to setup + navigate through the interface
- A typing speed of 55+ Words Per Minute
- Communication Skills, Tech-Savvy, Problem-Solving, People Skills, Extraverted & Enthusiastic
- Must be exceptionally fluent in English, as well as top notch writing/grammar skills
