Customer Service, Incoming calls- Booking agent, MUST be good salesman !

We are looking for full time customer service representatives- located in Canada.( Toronto area)
- required friendly, dedicated and professional approach to all clients requests.
-Must be able to pickup incoming phone calls within 3 rings
anytime during the day (in Toronto area,)
We are hiring for 2 shifts: 9 am to 3 PM, and 3 PM to 9 PM monday to friday, and shorte hours on weekends.

You must be able to work independently, keep appoinmtnents, quotes in order, and comunicate with clients, and techicians via phone, messaging, emails, etc.

MUST have strong Knowledge of Google gmail, Calendar, Hangoputs, Drive, and other applications,
VOIP softphones, ( we use voip.ms)
Facebook, LInked In, WhatsApp, and other social media moderation.

TELEMARKETING EXPERIENCE WITH ACTIVE SALES ORIENTED APROACH IS REQUIRED .
Previous experience in service Industry ( cleaning services, maid services, repair services,etc) would be helpfull
Quickbooks (online or desktop) knowledge will be asset.
Work duties:
- To be able to explain clients details about our company, calculate cleaning quote,
and be able to book appointments in Google calendar
- you will be calling our exisitng clients, with reminders, trying to generate repeat business.
- Excellent spoken and written English required.
- We are looking for excellent salesman, who will be able to not only give quotation, but explain client all benefits of our company and be able to close deal !
