Java / Web / SEO / Developer/ Writter

My Startup is looking for a Java Developer aiming to work with all sorts of technologies related to web development.

We are a Software Development Startup company starting to do business in Sydney (Australia) and we would like to hire a new developer to run some of our internal projects.
The core skills we are looking for are Java, Grails, .Net, Tomcat, Spring and JQuery. However, if you don't know some of this technologies, IT IS NOT A PROBLEM, we will be given enough time to learn. DON'T hexitate to contact us.

In fact, we are looking for someone passionate about learning, pasisonate about software, a self learner, willing to work with web development and be part of our remote overseas team.
Development is our core business, but you may also be requested to write articles, do some SEO,
deployment and webdesigning.

As this position is to work with our internal products, you will be implementing our own ideas, in a very
flexible and funy way, with no short schedules or commitment to boring documentation.

Creativity and your suggestions will be appreciated. In fact, if you prove to be creative, you will implement YOUR IDEAS.

In addition, we wan't to make money from our ideas and we want to share the profit with you.
We will be keen to give you comission (on top of your base salary) for the projects that you are involved and start to make profit.
If it becomes profitable, you may easily double your salary!
