Develop and maintain strong contacts with existing and new customers at all levels of their organisation in order to foster good working relationships and promote business opportunities
Manage and oversees customer projects from design proposal to customer site qualification
Drive quality improvement programs to factory based on field service experiences and customer feedbacks
Introduce new and future products to customers for their internal discussion and planning
Liaise with customer on new packaging requirement and develop a packaging product to suit customer application
Work with customers on manufacturing plant audits and visits. Review customer’s PCNs and work closely with customer on the process implementation
Offer engineering support and semiconductor packaging solution to customers
Coordinate with engineers/designers/project managers in other disciplines for efficient project execution to meet/exceed customers’ requirements, ensuring projects are on schedule and standards are met.
Must possess positive attitude & excellent communication skill
Develop new markets and customers on own initiative
Generate reports and perform forecasting duties
Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related majors
Proficient in speaking and writing in English
Experience in sales account management
Knowledgeable in semiconductor assembly and test process
Technically competent in semiconductor equipment for test handlers
Possess strong business/industry acumen
A team player with initiative and able to work with minimal supervision to achieve result
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Organized, independent and resourceful with high drive to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Able to travel in the regions and overseas freely on a frequent basis
Understand customer’s demand on technology and engineering to communicate with HQ Engineering team and R&D team
MS office skills (ppt, Excel, Word)
Hardworking, willing to learn, open minded and prepared to grow with the organization
