Quality Assurance for websites

We are looking for a reliable quality assurance person
that can go through our clients websites every now and then (sometimes monthly, sometimes quarterly and sometimes weekly)
and look for bugs on desktop and mobile

We pay by the hour, and cannot commit yet to a quantity of hours
Reporting needs to be well organized - in google doc / sheet with full details on the bug and what is the expected fix
