JOB OVERVIEW

HELLO! I am in need of a top-notch, highly organized, detail-oriented and efficient Executive Assistant who can handle a variety of remote Voice and Non-Voice tasks for me including, but not limited to, the following:

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work hours are Eastern Standard Time business hours 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST (please ensure you understand how that translates to Philippine-time)
• Researching and calling for quotes from vendors
• General internet research
• Copywriting sales and marketing ad copy (e.g. email sequences, sales pages, social media posts)
• Light bookkeeping, mainly categorizing transactions
• Managing and tracking corporate compliance paperwork (will train)
• Confirming appointments by phone and email
• Additional administrative tasks as they arise

YOUR MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years of similar overnight experience working remotely
- Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

- Must be able to work graveyard shift, since I am in Orlando, Florida and the time difference is currently 13 ---------- Philippine-time, that is 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, ideally.
- Please outline any additional notable skills that you may possess. For example, possibly in the areas of voice customer service, project management, graphic design, direct marketing, lead generation, web support, e-commerce, other web platforms you are experienced with, etc.
- Compensation is up to Php 30,000/mth to start, plus monthly performance bonuses based on results.
