JOB OVERVIEW

Support OnTrend Media Students with success through two different membership site portals. One hosted on a Facebook group and one hosted on ---------- .

Community Engagement: Engaging with comments, helping solve customer inquiries, and making sure that our customers are well taken care of or directed to the person or resource that can best help them.
Answering questions related to the lessons and strategies taught within [Program]
Directing students to the appropriate resources
Following up on questions and conversations
Asking thought-provoking questions to help students move forward on their entrepreneurial journey
Respond or engage with assigned posts and comments
Encourage and maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for our students within our student community
