(Long Term Position) Rockstar Virtual Assistant For E-commerce Brand

Our team is growing quickly and we are looking for a superstar Virtual Assistant to become part of our team in a long-term position.

You will be working with our friendly team to help deliver an outstanding experience for our customers. Ideally, we are looking for someone with great attention to detail, which is why we'd like you to include the word pink at the top of your application.

The Job responsibilities include:

- Managing customer support from e-commerce customers and delivering an outstanding service at all times, in line with our brand values.
- Fulfilling replacement orders and managing various parts of the e-commerce store on Shopify.
- Managing influencer marketing campaigns - including finding and communicating with influencers on instagram who would be exciting for the brand to work with

Great english is a must and experience with Shopify is preferred.
