Account Executive

InXpress is a sales-driven company that supports small and medium-sized businesses in the U.S. with their international and domestic shipping discounts and outstanding customer service.

Your responsibility would include generating leads through outbound sales calls, interacting with prospects and customers as well as collaborating with the InXpress team.

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 9:00 – 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time

Compensation:
- Base monthly salary $600 + Commission
- Commission is UNCAPPED!

Responsibilities

Sales Activity
- Outbound and Inbound calling to prospective customers
- Cold Calling
- Outbound and Inbound emailing to prospective customers
- Constant and Consistent Follow Up with potential customers
- Build customer relationship
- Proposal Generation
- Pricing
- Solutions
- Customer Onboarding
- New Customer Sign Up
- Customer Software Training
- Activating New Customers


Reporting
- Maintain sales pipeline in CRM tool
- Present and maintain weekly and monthly reports

Retention
- Maintain and contact current customers
- Up-sell additional solutions to current customers
- Quote and process shipments for current customers

Account Management
- Quote & Booking Requests
- Webship Assistance, Walkthrough, and Training
- Basic Shipping and Account Enquiries
- Invoice Management

Requirements
- Hungry and ready to learn and grow
- English proficiency, both written and verbal
- Willing to work U.S Time Zone, Full Time (40 hours)
- Stable high-speed internet
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Business To Business Sales experience

- Laptop or Desktop computer
- Headset/microphone (must be noise canceling)
