Project Based - Virtual Bookkeeper

ABOUT THE JOB:
VAR is looking for the next SUPERSTAR for our client. A caring, well-rounded tea ---------- mber with drive & passion for adding value and being a part of a growing company.
We are searching for a Project Based - Virtual Bookkeeper, with proficient English and a good command of technology to join the team.

What we look for:
- Someone who has at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Someone who has at least 2 years of QB Desktop & excel experience
- Someone who has at least 2 years of experience working in a US company/business
- Proficient in English (Oral & written)
- Excellent communication
- Project-based (3months)
- Full-time availability (30-40 hours per week)
- Capable of working from Monday to Friday
- Capable of working from 8am to 5pm CST (10pm to 7am PST)
- Able to start immediately
- Has computer/Laptop
- Has at least 20mbps internet speed

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Data entry
- Bank, credit card, and main balance sheet account reconciliations
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Cleanup of accounts
- Cleaning/organizing electronic files/reports
